Oven door gasket had broken in one place, rendering it only partially effective.
Tools
Needlenose pliers.
Repair & Advice
Removed old door gasket by pulling out each metal clip with needlenose pliers. Replaced the old gasket with the new one by inserting each metal clasp/hook in the appropriate holes.

Oven door gasket broke.
Tools
Small needle-nose pliers.
Repair & Advice
Starting at a corner carefully pull old gasket towards exterior of oven to remove hooks from mounting holes. Then using the needle node pliers carefully remove the clip from mounting hole. work your way around the gasket until you have removed all of the hooks and clips, gasket should be free from oven. Install new gasket in reverse order. Take care not to bend the clips when inserting the into the mounting holes.
